Serial numbers of some products, including but not limited to older items may not be in our database. Also, serial numbers indicating grey market products are not eligible for NPS Membership or benefits. NPS will review to validate your equipment registration. Equipment showing invalid serial numbers will not become part of your membership requirement until they are validated.
Please be sure to double check that you are selecting the correct model and entering the correct serial number.
- Select Add Equipment twice.
- Check the box Serial Number is entered correctly
- Select Add Equipment
- Add additional Qualifying Equipment to meet the minimum requirement.
- Select Continue to complete
